Different varieties of Mushrooms
Heat up the olive oil and add the shallots, garlic, and pepper. Fry for several minutes and then add the La Vera, vinegar, bay leafs and the previously sautéed mushrooms. Take the pan off the heat, cover and let it rest for about an hour. Save.Preparing the Salad
Dress the lettuce with a portion of the sautéed mushroom mix, and add the nuts and dried apricot. Plate the salad and add the still warm mushrooms. Finish with some chopped chives and pomegranate grains.
Altano Red has a fruity and floral aroma, with a dark-red hue. It is a well-balanced wine, with a medium body, sweet tannins, and a smooth harmonious finish.
Ready for immediate
consumption, but could
benefit from bottle ageing.
